Durability Through Quality

High-quality and durable products mean less waste and a reduced need for replacement. gabocom products are designed for a service life of several decades.

Through high-quality materials and precise manufacturing, we provide products designed for a service life of at least 50 years.

  • Compact and reliable design: Thanks to the compact design of our products and the option of installing them alongside other duct systems, the space required during installation can be reduced and the extent of additional civil works can be minimized.
  • Integrated System Solutions: The gabocom system consists of coordinated components designed for the construction of passive fibre optic networks. High product quality and system compatibility support the long-term operation of the infrastructure and can reduce the need for later extensions or modifications.

Material Circulation and Reuse

    • Depending on the product requirements,we use different material concepts and material types. Reliable performance, long service life and high resistance to typical installation and operating conditions are key considerations.
    • Material residues generated during extrusion and injection moulding processes are collected, processed and directed to appropriate reuse applications. Unused material is further processed either by gabocom or by specialised recycling partners.
    • Our products are designed as mono-material systems wherever technically feasible. This allows the materials used to be directed to material recovery processes at the end of their service life.
    • Where possible, we reuse wooden drums and other packaging materials. In addition, we offer a drum return scheme in cooperation with a specialised partner.

Our manufacturing operations are focused on the efficient use of energy, water and materials. Through the continuous optimisation of our production processes, we work to further reduce resource consumption in manufacturing.

  • Renewable Energy: We exclusively use electricity from renewable energy sources and have operated our own photovoltaic system since 2025.
